First order (for wholesale customers) is on a pro-forma basis and may be paid by credit card, cheque or direct deposit.

Payments in advance unless a 30 day account has been approved.

Wholesale customers - the minimum order is $300 + GST and freight.

Australia Post is our preferred courier. Free freight for orders over $750.

Any shortages or damages must be notified within 5 days of receipt of goods to our office by phone, fax or email. Goods returned to the office without authorisation will not be accepted.

Goods remain the property of Goldfish Gifts until paid in full.

Please note our goods are hand painted and some slight variations of colour or image may occur. This only enhances the character of the goods and gives them life!

Any goods out of stock will be placed on backorder.
